Return Policy

You may return all new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping the item back in its original condition with all original materials included. Eyecare LA has the sole discretion in
determining whether the products purchased from the website are in original condition when returned.

We recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking and signature confirmation. Eyecare LA will not be responsible for or liable if any item you return is lost, misdirected, or delivered late.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). This time period excludes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days).
